1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging One Source Solutions for exterior cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

One Source Solutions provides exterior cleaning services including power washing, soft house washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, janitorial services, and floor cleaning services on Long Island, New York. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your estimate and confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by One Source Solutions are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from what was described during the estimate process. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding with the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late payment fee. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and the work to be performed
  • Ensure access to the property and water supply on the scheduled service date
  • Remove or secure any fragile items, vehicles, or outdoor furniture that may be in the work area
  • Close all windows and doors prior to exterior washing services
  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage or conditions that could affect the service

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, inaccessible areas, or conditions that fall outside the scope of the agreed service.

7. Limitation of Liability

One Source Solutions is fully insured and will exercise reasonable care when performing all services. However, we shall not be liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed property issues, acts of nature, or customer negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you as soon as possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York.
